This report is one of a suite of documents reporting on an end of life care thematic review, and is designed to be read in conjunction with the other documents. This report provides the background to the review, an overview of the key findings and recommendations for providers, commissioners and local health and care system leaders, as well as information on what CQC will do going forward.
